YU-AGAM Food Analysis Laboratory, authorized by T.R. Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, serves within the framework of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation standard.

We primarily provide analysis service in the following fields in our Physical / Chemical laboratory: 

Mycotoxin Analyses: Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 and Aflatoxin M1, Deoxynivalenol (DON), Zearalenon (ZON), Ochratoxin A (OTA), Fumonisin, HT2-T2 Toxins, Patulin Analysis

Food Additive Analyses: BA-SA, Nitrite and Nitrate, Sweetener, Sugar and Components, Natamycin, Sudan Dyes, Synthetic Dyestuffs Soluble in Water, Caffeine, Sulfur Dioxide, Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC), Hydrogen Peroxide Analysis 

Residue Analyses: Pesticides (including polar pesticides, pesticides of dithiocarbamate group), Melamine, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH), 5-HMF (Hydroxymethyl Furfural), Histamine, Dioxin, Furan and PCB (Polychlorinated Biphenyls) Analysis

Mineral – Heavy Metal Analyses 

Packaging Analyses: Structure Determination, Phthalate, Sudden Temperature Change, Total Migration, Specific Migration (Bisphenol A (BPA), Primary Aromatic Amines (PAA), Phthalate, Heavy Metal) Analysis
