Our Commitment to Quality

The Research and Development and Analysis Center of Yeditepe University (YÜ-AGAM) operates all its units within the framework of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system. Our laboratories are accredited by Türkak and relevant Ministries. Additionally, our Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) audit was conducted by Türkak at the end of August 2020, and the GLP certification process is ongoing. Our Good Clinical Practices Center has obtained Phase 1 and Bioavailability/Bioequivalence Compliance Certificates as of November 2020.

Qualified Analysis

In our analyses, we employ validated methods that meet both national and international standards. To guarantee the reliability of our analytical methods, our laboratories participate in national and international proficiency testing and comparison tests regularly, aiming for a 100% success rate.

Confidentiality, Accuracy, Reliability

Samples are processed in our Sample Reception and Reporting Unit, where they are directed to the relevant laboratory units based on analysis requests and sterilization requirements. Analysis times are meticulously carried out within the periods specified by the relevant standards and communicated to our clients as promptly as possible.
