I want to have my product analyzed but I don't know what to study...
You can first check if there are any relevant regulations or directives related to the product. Updated publications can be accessed through the Ministry's official website at mevzuat.gov.tr. From there, you should verify specific directives related to the product, such as microbiological criteria, contaminants, food additives, and other relevant regulations. Additionally, check with TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) to see if there is a specific standard applicable to your product.
